What is your return policy?

You have 14 calendar days from the postmark date to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@niiapparel.com. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

How long does shipping take?

Typically, it takes up to 3 business days for processing and 5-7 business days for delivery in the US

For international orders, please allow up to 30 days for delivery. Additional custom duties or taxes may be imposed by the local authorities depending on the destination country.
